Reiki Treatment Session Request

If you would like to schedule a reiki treatment session with me, please take time to complete and submit the form below. I will make every effort to accommodate your desired appointment request. Unfortunately however, I am currently very limited on the time that I have available for offering reiki treatments.

Please let me know of an ideal Date and time for your appointment. I will make an effort to accommodate reasonable session reqest.

Please tell me the reasons you are seeking a Reiki treatment. List any reasons, such as the issue that you wish to address during the treatment and also if you are currently getting treatment from other modalities or a doctors care.

I offer a few different treatment options to help reduce the cost if you need or desire multiple treatment sessions. Please select the number of treatment sessions you would like to book an appointment for. When I contact you, we will schedule the first appointment and can discuss future sessions during your first appointment. Please be aware that severe or chronic conditions may require multiple sessions to achieve results.

Payment of the fee for Reiki treatment sessions

Fees for Reiki treatment sessions with me are as follows:

Single treatment session - $75

Package of three treatment sessions - $175 ($50 savings)

Package of five treatment sessions - $275 ($100 savings)

Treatment sessions can be paid in advance via credit/debit card or at the appointment. I accept cash, check and all major cerdit cards as payment methods. Credit/ debit payments are processed securely through Square. How do you wish to pay for your treatment session?

Reiki Treatment Session Cancellation Policy -

I fully understand that life is unpredictable and things sometimes come up forcing a change to our plans. If you have a scheduled treatment session with me, I would like to request that you contact me with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow for us to either reschedule the appointment or arrange to refund any fees that might have been paid.

If there is no request for rescheduling or no notice of cancellation for your appointment is given and you fail to show at the scheduled appointment time, I reserve the right to charge you a 'No Show' fee of $25 to compensate for the time not used.
